Many young people nowadays are connected to the Internet, and they spend more time infront of a computer. Some are browsing the net, some are staying connected to their friends, and some are for other educational reasons. Due to the small number of registered users in our UMYF Dagupan Forum, I suggested to Ms. Juliene Sarmiento, PCED UMYF President, that this site will be opened to the UMYF of the PCED. She said it would be great, knowing that we can unite the young people through this forum.
